The Farm
Your Farm, Your Future

Farmhood Fields invites you to put down roots and reap the harvest of the land in a community destined to be treasured for generations. The farm is the cornerstone of our community—the heart of our more authentic, rooted way of life. Here, we incorporate best practices and innovations to yield the best of our land and our livestock while preserving their lineage for the future. We work with our founding investor residents to curate the farm experiences they desire most, from learning how to drive a tractor to sending the kids to muck out the stalls to harvesting our wheat, corn, and hay fields. Whether they choose to lend a hand or not, we’ve designed Farmhood Fields to provide everything our investor residents need to live a happy, healthy, and interesting life all year-round. As a founding farmer, you will become a vested partner in this vision of the future informed by a yearning for a lifestyle from the past.
Equestrian Center Put heart to horse and learn to ride like a real rancher at our state-of-the-art equestrian facility, equipped with a full riding arena and well-appointed horse stable. Investor residents will have unique access to professional equestrian trainers and services for novices and experienced riders.
Goat Yard Our lively goats will be the first to welcome you when you arrive at Farmhood Fields. Their milking parlor, adjacent to their pasture, improves on old-world traditions by incorporating the latest technology to maximize not only production but also the comfort, health, and safety of the livestock—and those who care for them.
Southdown Sheep Our rolling pastures offer a premier environment for our Southdown sheep herds. Investor residents will reap the rewards of having some of the world’s best lambs just outside their door.
Hen House With indoor and outdoor roaming space, our free-range hen house is a comfortable, temperature-controlled home to 700 chickens and ducks—and the source of the most delicious eggs and poultry in the Hudson Valley.
Garden + Greenhouse An example of our commitment to efficient practices, our hydroponic greenhouse utilizes significantly less water, with much greater production, than traditional soil farming. It also enables us to grow a diverse bounty of fresh fruits and vegetables throughout the year.
Free-Range Cattle With over 350 head of Wagyu and Black Angus cattle roaming freely across the rolling pastures at Farmhood Fields, it’s not uncommon to see a few grazing outside your window.
CSA Farm Share As part of our thriving CSA (community-supported agriculture) program, our investor residents own shares in the Farmhood Fields bounty. From delicious produce to free-range beef and poultry, farm-fresh dairy products, and even freshly harvested honey, every member has access to everything they help raise and harvest.

The Homesites Your Home on the Range

Our designated homesites are an invitation for investor residents to build their ultimate refuge. Each 2.5+-acre plot of land for sale leaves plenty of room to build an expansive modern farmhouse, in addition to a personal garden, horse barn, or whatever suits the interests of those who live there.

Farmhood Fields provides a secure, community-based living experience with a gated perimeter enclosing the entire property. Whether you're a visitor or an investor resident, access is granted through one of six electric-gated entry points, where you can sign in using your unique access code.
Our inaugural homesite represents our vision for modern farmhouses that exist harmoniously with the natural landscape.

These unique, modern farmhouses offer all the luxuries of a new home with an aesthetic designed to honor the rooted traditions of the past. We provide our investor residents with architectural guidelines for construction, and, if they wish, we can oversee and manage the entire home-building process on their behalf. Additionally, we offer recommendations for designers, architects, and craftspeople we trust. Residents will also have the opportunity to utilize sustainably sourced materials from our land to create a truly unique and sustainable dream home.

A Reclaimed Heritage

The team that brings Farmhood Fields to life is bound together under a common creed.
Ever since he was a child, Zeke Alenick has been enchanted by the quiet tranquility of the countryside and the potential of the land. After a long career as a successful entrepreneur in food production, he and his wife, Tiffany, purchased a magical stretch of land in the charming village of Crawford in Orange County, New York. As honorary founders of Farmhood Fields, they brought cows to pasture, cultivated hay fields, and set the foundation for the farm's thriving start.
